A Proposal to Transform Portland Expo Center
Storyteller is the working project title for a proposal to repurpose the Portland Expo Center into a Cultural Heritage Center and a Film & Music Creative Campus, including film production soundstages, that will celebrate the cultural heritage of diverse communities with a focused eye on the historical centering and economic potential of storytelling and culture particularly as it pertains to those communities with a direct connection to the center and its surrounding lands.
